2.Download:USB Disk Storage Format Tool from one PrimaryDownloadLocation above.

3.Click start lower left of XP screen.

4. Click My Computer, find disk drive icon that represents magicJack it should be 17 or 18mb large.

5.Run the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool program,

          Note: Make sure it says!

   Device: YMAX magicJack 18mb

5. Download latest Upgrades from  magicjack.com/4/magicfix.asp  to reload dialer software.
